ALMA is responsible for the work packages of Program Management (1) and eUMaP Platform Development and Application (7).
ALMA will lead the eUMaP coordination and will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of the deliverables and activities of the project, risk management and also full monitoring of the proposal. It will receive support from the partners in charge of WPs in the monitoring tasks. ALMA will be responsible for ensuring all technical and scientific project aspects in accordance with the Grant Agreement and the project’s objectives and envisioned results. ALMA will also support the activities which will ensure that all ethical and legislative restrictions are met. ALMA will also lead the Communication & Dissemination Plan and Review process as well as the preparation of materials and digital activities. ALMA will contribute to the recording of water usage patterns task.
ALMA will share its ICT experience on data integration for the development of the integrated building services platform.
ALMA will lead the WP related to the Platform Development and Application, encouraging all partners to participate and provide feedback for the platform evaluation and improvement.
FU is responsible for WP3, the recording crisis features in building services.
FU will coordinate the recording of waste generation patterns including recyclables based on the knowledge on waste management practices. The key objective of this task is to record and document the quantities and frequency of waste generation in buildings during periods of lockdown.
Given its expertise in the field of advance building technologies, FU will lead the definition and documentation of required hardware for eUMaP with the active support of KTU, CLEO and UCL.
FU will support KTU in the energy management in order to deliver the methodology for the establishment of a secure and sustainable energy system during cases of lockdown.
FU will lead the platform application – case studies within the platform development and application work package and it will be responsible along KTU, AUTH and NIT for deploying the prototype platforms.
AUTh is responsible for the Utilities Management under crisis conditions Work Package (6).
Due to its previous experience in domestic water management, AUTh will lead the recording of water usage patterns, which involves the development of practices to define the new profiles of water consumption in residential houses and neighborhoods.
AUTh will support KTU in the energy management in order to deliver the methodology for the establishment of a secure and sustainable energy system during cases of lockdown.
AUTh will lead the development methodology of planning and managing water resources under lockdown conditions, due to their experience in the operation and management in water supply systems.
AUTH, along FU, KTU and NIT will be part of the platform application, by being responsible for deploying the prototype platforms.

NITEL is a no-profit educational association, founded in 2003, subjected to the supervision of the Ministry of University and Research. 18 Italian Universities belong to the Consortium and they work in the transport and logistic field and in correlated fields such as safety, security, telecommunication, satellite communications, circuit theory, electronics, computer science, mechanic, and environment. NITEL also carries out high-level activities in the divulgation of information and instruction to associations, institutions and industry. The fundamental areas of NITEL activities are scientific research, communication, publications and printed material, relationships with Institutions, relationships with national and international associations, education. In this project, NITEL participates with the research unit (RU) of the University of Rome, which has a strong experience in satellite telecommunications.
Geosystems Hellas S.A. [GSH] was established in 2009 and it is working on commercial Environmental, Photogrammetrical, Remote Sensing projects and R&D projects for land management, crisis management and Spatial Data Infrastructure (INSPIRE Directive) implementations. [GSH] is a pioneer in introducing Information Technology using extensively modern, digital geodata capturing and data processing techniques for production of maps and geographic information systems. [GSH] is deeply involved in Big Data and Data Fusion and Data Analytics techniques for National projects and establishment of infrastructure for spatial information.[GSH] holds extensive expertise in regards to operational requirements/scenarios definition in fields of data exchange/sharing in an interoperability manner. [GSH] creates geospatial business systems that transform our earth’s data into business information. [GSH] is a funded member of the Unique Hellenic Space Cluster and the Hellenic Association of Space Industry (HASI). It is also a member of EARSC.
KTU is responsible for WP5, the Integration of Digital Technology Monitoring and Management (BIM) into eUMaP.
KTU will lead the documentation of energy supply and demand patterns at neighborhood level, with the help of FU, AUTh, CLEO and UCL, in order to deliver a comprehensive package describing the appropriate methodology for documenting the building energy usage and generation at a neighborhood level.
It will support FU in the definition and documentation of required hardware for eUMaP and will lead the interoperability and development of protocols task, which aims to introduce all available raw measurement data from the smart devices in buildings that can aid towards delivering the project objectives.
KTU and AUTh will lead the integration of data into eUMaP platform. Their expertise will enable the definition of the challenges in the development of the platform.
KTU, as an established stakeholder in the energy market, will lead the energy management task with the aim to deliver the methodology for the establishment of a secure and sustainable energy system during cases of lockdown, supported by AUTh, FU, CLEO and UCL.
Finally, KTU along FU, AUTh and NIT will be part of the platform application, by being responsible for deploying the prototype platforms.
NIT will lead the documentation of capacity requirements for telecommunication networks, which focuses on the documentation of data usage capacity requirements of building during cases of lockdown and will be supported by GSH and S3.
NIT will support GSH in the telecommunication networks management task, which targets the development of the processes required for enabling sufficient telecommunication connection to the end users in case of lockdown.
NIT, along KTU, FU and AUTh will be part of the platform application, by being responsible for deploying the prototype platforms.
NIT is responsible of the Transfer of Knowdlege, training and Networking work package, which includes the organization of workshops and training events, the organization of open lectures and the scientific publications.
GSH will lead the spatial planning of city service utilities networks work package 4. This WP will focus on exploring existing 3D raw and ready Earth Observation data, on the 3D imagery to BIM construction, on the Utilities Cadastre and lack of infrastructure design in GIS environment and on the design of a GIS multidiscipline integrated support system for spatial planning service supporting sustainable utilities networks.
GSH will support NIT in the documentation of capacity requirements for telecommunication networks.
GSH will lead the telecommunication networks management, which targets the development of the processes required for enabling sufficient telecommunication connection to the end users in case of lockdown.

S3 conducts R&D activities related to scientific and technological issues, including spin-off and spin-in technologies. S3 also provides education and communication activities related to scientific and techno-logical issues. S3 is a member of the CSEO Space Alliance and as such it has access to a cluster of innovation businesses, academic institutions and universities.

CLEOPA will prepare the exploitation and business strategy development, while all partners will contribute to their own business development domain and in the overall strategy definition. CLEOPA will support FU in the definition and documentation of required hardware for eUMaP.
Cleopa will be the core for all R&I and ToK activities in the interoperability and development of protocols task, supporting KTU.
