eUMaP platform

eUMaP platform is an open platform designed to assist local and public authorities to plan and manage the demand and supply of building utilities in case of quarantine or lockdown.

The platform acts as a centralized system that collects, processes, analyzes and visualize data related to building utilities and consists of the following core components:

  1. Data Acquisition: Collects real-time data on energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and telecommunication infrastructure status from sensors and monitoring devices within buildings.
  2. Data Processing and Analytics: Processes and analyzes the acquired data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in utility demand and supply.
  3. Planning and Optimization: Utilizes the analyzed data to generate demand and supply forecasts, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize utility utilization within buildings.
  4. User Interface: Provides an intuitive interface for building managers and administrators to monitor and control utility management activities, view reports, analytics and 3D Visualization of buildings in maps.

The platform offers several key features, including the ability to simulate hypothetical crisis scenarios for specific areas of interest. It records the requirements for building utilities during crisis situations, encompassing both quantitative and time-related profiles. Moreover, the platform determines spatial and temporal service profiles to fulfil these needs and effectively manage the satisfaction of these profiles. Additionally, it provides timely and specific information to competent authorities and organizations regarding utilities requirements. Finally, it will enable the timely profiling of the following day’s needs.

The Time-Series Analyzer

The Time-Series Analyzer is designed to empower non-technical users to effortlessly analyze their data and uncover hidden patterns, making advanced data insights accessible to everyone.

Case study page (example of Kaunas), where consumpion data are visualized along with available BIM files and geospatial layers. Regarding the consumption data, a user can select among different representations (Daily, weekly, monthly) and dates of interest

The AI-Wizard acts as your personal data analyst, offering expert interpretations and suggestions directly within the Time-Series Analyzer. It bridges the gap between complex data visualizations and actionable insights. Instantly interprets complex data visualizations using a state-of-the-art Large Language Model (Vision-LLM).

The user can select between hourly and daily data, and perform forecasting choosing  one of the available models and a forecasting window. The result predictions are visualized in the plot at the right hand side, where predictions are coloured with red, and input sequence that was used, with blue.
